Outpatient Individual Therapy

Our weekly sessions provide a consistent space for clients to show up authentically and explore, process or challenge thoughts and feelings that they’ve been experiencing. We utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based mindfulness strategies (CBT) and somatic practices to help clients that are facing difficulties find relief and develop healthy coping skills. Our affirming, relational and culturally responsive approach to therapy prioritizes the healing potential of a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client.

Some of the issues that we’ve supported clients with include:

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder, including complex trauma

  • anxiety (specific phobia and social)

  • depression

  • grief/loss

  • ADHD

  • poor self-esteem

  • adjustment disorder

  • difficult family dynamics (enmeshed and/or strained)

  • identity (cultural, gender, sexual-orientation, etc)

  • issues related to immigration

  • stress (academic, professional, financial, parental)

  • phase of life difficulties

  • relationship issues

  • existentialism and/or religious confusion

  • emotional regulation and anger management

Group Therapy

The therapist helps guide and facilitate a series of group therapy sessions. Group therapy provides individuals the space to connect, learn, process, and support one another on issues that resonates with all members. New groups are announced periodically. Group members will be invited to join by therapist to ensure a healthy group process.
