brown woman, psychotherapist in philadelphia with immigrant background

I’m a bilingual first-generation therapist with a vision to empower and support individuals and communities through some of life’s biggest challenges. At some point in our lives, we learn that the stories we tell ourselves hold power that can shape our feelings, choices, and core beliefs. In our efforts to pursue this self-understanding, we can face challenges that feel unfamiliar and uncomfortable.

In my extensive training and work as a psychotherapist, I’ve learned that my own values of curiosity, compassion, connection, creativity and cultural humility have supported my clients to show up authentically to explore all parts of themselves. In an effort to create an open, safe and non-judgmental space— I am committed to nurturing a relationship with clients that is collaborative at the core.
